CDI - Application Status

1.      1.  Please meet all comments from DPW Traffic, Transportation, and Road Engineering, plus any other agency requests for improvements in the right of way.  2.  Please include applicable Driveway Figure on the plans.  The design criteria can be found on the internet at: http://www.dpw.co.santa-cruz.ca.us/Portals/19/pdfs/DCDriveways.pdf?ver=2016-08-16-092653-477  3.  Driveway fee will be charged to building permit; fee includes site inspection for building permit review and plan check.   The fee also includes inspections required for driveway and final.  4.   A hold will be placed on the building permit for driveway final inspection.  Please call 831-454-2160 at least 1 week in advance of driveway work.
