Review No:1Plumbing connection from proposed new garage to onsite wastewater treatment system (OWTS) must be shown. Approved OWTS permit and plan must be revised to show proposed new garage and plumbing connection. OWTS revision must be included in plan set when resubmitted. OWTS revision may be downsized to reflect the removal of the ADU from the project. OWTS revision shall also address and mitigate the "offsite drainage" directed over the OWTS dispersal area noted on building plans if possible.
