Based upon Stormwater Management's review of the submitted plans by William Rennie Boyd, dated 26 January 2024, the application to construct additions to a residence (347 sq. ft. of new and/or replaced impervious area) has been approved. The plans show no changes to the existing drainage patterns. If subsequent revisions are made to drainage patterns or impervious areas, then Stormwater Management requests to review the revised plans.
