This must be included as part of the current permit request or removed from all plan sheets. Please provide and or clarify the standard, required information:
Standard Site Plan Requirements 1. Indicate building setbacks at each story from all property lines and edges of rights of way, including the front setback. 2. Indicate/ update floor area calculations County Code 13.10.323 (c) depending on the scope of development. Clarify square footage of habitable and non-habitable spaces.
Standard Elevation Requirements 1. Provide both existing and proposed elevations labeled North, South, East, West, with the maximum height indicated. (see Measuring Height information online at http://sccoplanningtest.co.santa-cruz.ca.us/PlanningHome/BuildingSafety/MiscellaneousInformation/MeasuringHeight.aspx ) Be sure to indicate whether or not the carport will be converted to a garage, or if the existing, open carport will remain. Also, indicate whether or not the breezeway will be open or enclosed. Standard Floor Plan Requirements 1. Update the use of each area. Relabel the carport to garage, as necessary.
