Application with structural plans dated 3/14/23 have been received.  

This application cannot be approved until the civil site improvement plans with mitigations for all of the new and
replaced impervious areas (including the areas of the modular units proposed with this application) have been 
reviewed and approved under application APP-221075.

The site plan (sheet No. KEY) shall be consistent with the approved civil site improvement plans and shall include details
for how and where roof runoff will be routed.

This application cannot be approved until the civil site improvement plans with mitigations for all of the new and
