Building permit records indicate construction of a two-story single family residence with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Staff was unable to locate permit history for an accessory dwelling unit, expansion of second story to include a walk in closet and den, nor other structures located within the required setback areas. Please provide the permit information for such development, or include any unpermitted construction as a part of the current permit request.
