The Planning Division has accepted the subject geotechnical investigation reports for the proposed project. The following items shall be required:
1.All project design and construction shall comply with the recommendations of the subject geotechnical investigation reports.   
2.After plans are prepared that are acceptable to all reviewing agencies, please submit a completed Soils (Geotechnical) Engineer Plan Review Form to Environmental Planning. The Consultants Plan Review Form (Form PLG-300) is available on the Planning Division’s web page.  The author of the soils reports shall sign and stamp the completed form.  Please note that the plan review form must reference the final plan set by the last revision date.

After building permit issuance the soils engineer must remain involved with the project during construction.  

Our acceptance of the reports is limited to their technical content.  Other project issues such as zoning, fire safety, septic, or sewer approval, etc. may require resolution by other agencies.
