Review No:1An expansion of the great room/family room was not authorized by CDP # 181044, which shows this area as an unheated porch area with lift and slide doors between the porch and the family room and also at the rear elevation. A conversion of non-habitable space to a fully conditioned room addition is not authorized and cannot be approved within the 100-year Geologic setback from the top of the coastal bluff.
The roof plan shows the proposed fall at the rooftop deck area. Because this notation resembles a roof over the deck area, please clearly label this area to denote that it is an open, uncovered deck only.
