A1. Under the code references on the cover sheet, add the CA. Green code and the CA. Energy code.

A2. Under the project description on the cover sheet, add the occupant load.

A3. Provide a complete accessibility upgrade form. Incorporate any accessibility upgrades into the plan set.

A4. On the cover sheet add a note stating any alterations or additions to the fire sprinkler system will require a separate permit. There is a wall being added to the support/break room that may obstruct the fire sprinkler system.

A5. The demising walls shown on page A100, are these fire rated assemblies? Provide the fire rating of the walls and add a note stating that the walls shall be maintained/repaired to the existing fire rating.

A6. Provide compliance with CBC 11B-805.4.1 for clear floor space at the lounge chairs in the exam rooms.

A7. Page A100 on the new floor plan, keynote F23 is called out in work area 115 with an arrow to a receptacle, coordinate the keynotes with the general notes legend.

A8. The wall mounted scale #9422-001 on page A102, Does the scale fold up out of the accessible route?
