  1. Boxed note near work in right of way on relevant sheets: PROJECT HAS A HOLD FOR INSPECTION BY DPW. Before beginning work in County Right of Way contact DPW Encroachments at dpwencroachments@santacruzcountyca.gov.

  2. Remove concrete curb from right of way.

  3. These items listed should be included on the proposed site plan:

    1. Show 2’ sawcut from proposed driveway apron to county Road 2” Aggregate base over 6” asphalt concrete.
