An encroachment permit will be required for all work, besides sewer, proposed in the county right-of-way. Submit an encroachment permit application with plans showing final approved requested revisions (only the sheets showing work in R-O-W) via email to David@m-me.com The encroachment permit application form can be found on the internet 2. A hold has been placed on the building permit for right of way improvements. Please call 831-454-2054 at least 1 week in advance of any work in the right of way. |
