Please work with the Building Department to associate the application with the correct APN. The APN included on the application and plan sheets (05443129) is for the primary onsite structure. The proposed fence is located on APN 05442101, adjacent to the structure. Permit applications should always be submitted to indicate the APN where the actual development is proposed.
Please clarify on the application and plan sheet that the fence location is to be "in kind" without relocation.
Please provide standard elevations for fences.
1. Show elevation views (face view) of fence and maximum height, drawn to scale.
2. Indicate any change in fence height on elevations and/ or site plan.
3.. Clarify state color and
materials. Be advised that colors and materials should be in conform to the Conditions of Approval for the site.
3. Indicate any lattice or decorative elements to be attached to the top, changes in gates, archways, etc.
Be sure to clearly
respond to all corrections as requested comments upon resubmittal. Additional fees apply to each review
beyond the first two.
