Revise and harmonize documentation in a comprehensive manner. If not cited below, see CRC R106.1 and/or CBC 107.2.

Pending reviews of other agencies must be harmonized with Building comments.

Note: Aspects of sheets G-001 & G-002 or similar are not proposed for installation, however, incorrect information cannot be shown. Revise or remove as required.

Building Review Comments

1.       Stamp/Sign: Inno Dez provides engineering and must stamp/sign all sheets for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and energy. BPC 5536, 6735

2.       Sheet Information. Various sheets reference details or sheets that are not included. Those sheet require a similar note of purpose as shown at the upper left of A-001 or provide sheets/details. (e.g. A-200)

3.       G-001: Note 402. States accessible “routs” please revise. CBC 11B-402

4.       G-001: Drawing 2. Toilet paper dispenser as 12 inches max. Toilet paper dispensers shall comply with Section 11B-309.4 and shall be 7 inches minimum and 9 inches maximum in front of the water closet measured to the centerline of the dispenser. CBC 11B-604.7.1

5.       G-001: Drawings 3 and 4 do not show the correct grab bar installation behind a toilet and the compartment doors are not how to locate them. CBC 11B-604.5.2, 11B-604.8

6.       G-001: Drawing 5. Urinals can be 13- 1/2 minimum. CBC 11B-605.2
