The scope of work includes a retail food establishment that will require review by the Santa Cruz County Environmental Health Division Consumer Protection Program for compliance with Division 104, Part 7. California Retail Food Code of the California Health and Safety Code. This is a separate review and fee.  [§114380 CA H&SC]

Please check PE 1720- Food Plan Review (Over 1500 SQ FT) on the application. The plan review fee is $2,510.00 F/E 2025-2026. You will be invoiced for on-line payment once all documents are received.
