The following items are required prior to approval by building plan check. 1. The two-hour area separation wall, one-hour ceiling assembly and supporting members need to be detailed to comply with approved sources. The two-hour area separation wall assembly specified does not comply with the approved source (UBC, item 16-1.2). Also, the ceiling assembly does not conform with an approved source, the glu-lam beam and column need to be protected to comply with one-hour fire-resistive assemblies. UBC, Ch. 7 2. The dressing room at the men's clothing area is too small to comply with accessibility. Please revise the drawings such that this dressing room will be accessible, since this is separate from the other dressing rooms, it needs to be accessible. CBC, 1110B.7.7
