Requires an Amendment to Master Plan D-71-3-15 (Twin Lakes Church), 76-1363-U, 76-1806-U, 77-05-U, 81-245-U, 82-127-U, 82-423-U, 86-968, 89-0981, 93-0264, 95-0246, 04-0135 and 131153, Design Review, and a determination that the project complies with the California Environmental Quality Act. Property is located on the west side of Cabrillo College Drive (2701 Cabrillo College Drive), approximately 1,500 feet south of its intersection with Soquel Drive in the Aptos Planning Area.
