HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES

23.   Accept and file report on the Mental Health Services Act (MSHA); approve the assignment of Santa Cruz County's Community Service and Supports Housing Funds ($2,914,600) to the California Housing and Finance Agency (CalHFA) as required by the State Department of Mental Health; and direct the Health Services Agency to report back with an update on the MHSA in September 2008, as recommended by the Director of Health Services

24.   Accept and file status report on revisions to Santa Cruz County Code Section 8.32 relating to under age drinking and definition of responsible party, and direct the Health Services Agency to work with the Sheriff's Office and County Counsel to return by June 10, 2008 for consideration of amendments to the County Code, as recommended by the Director of Health Services and the Sheriff-Coroner

25.   Approve agreement with QS/1 Data Systems for additional software licenses and take related actions, as recommended by the Director of Health Services

25.1   Approve Children's Mental Health Services agreements with JDT Consultants, Inc. in the amount of $76,000 for Therapeutic Behavioral Services; the Parent Center for an increase of $2,500 for expanded services to children in child welfare services; Family Services Agency for an increase of $50,000 for expanded treatment services for youth and their families; and Pajaro Valley Prevention and Student Assistance for an increase of $55,000 for expanded treatment services to South County youth, and take related actions, as recommended by the Director of Health Services
