7.   Approved Department No. 54, and associated index codes, as recommended by the County Administrative Officer, including the items contained in Volume II, and Supplemental Budget recommendations; closed public hearing on Measure C - Environmental Principles; adopted RESOLUTION NO. 193-2003 accepting the Oil Spill Contingency Planning Grant for calendar year end 2003 from the State Department of Fish and Game in the amount of $5,000; with an additional direction the Planning Department provide a status report on December 9, 2003 on the transfer to the Hansen System, and include information on how the system will be programmed and how employees will be trained to use it
