Public hearing held on the revised booking fee policy enacted by Assembly Bill 1805; closed public hearing; (1) accepted and filed report on the revised booking fee policy enacted by Assembly Bill 1805; (2) ADOPTED RESOLUTION NO. 155-2008 approving the Jail Access Fee and the revised Booking Fee effective July 1, 2008; and (3) requested the Sheriff's Office to request the County's funding from the State as required by Assembly Bill 1805 and to work with the Auditor-Controller to deposit the funds into the Local Detention Facility Revenue Account BCAPCOS
