REDEVELOPMENT SUCCESSOR AGENCY

1.   AS THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SANTA CRUZ COUNTY REDEVELOPMENT SUCCESSOR AGENCY, public hearing held on the 2013/2014 Proposed Budget;

(1) opened public hearing to hear public testimony;

(2) closed public hearing; and

(3) by consensus, continued the public hearing to the Redevelopment Successor Agency item

2.   APPROVED Department 62 and Department 49 and all associated index codes, as recommended by the County Administrative Officer, including items contained in the Line Item Detail, the Errata, the Unified Fee Schedule, the Capital Improvements Program and the Supplemental budget recommendations;

(1) approved Supplemental financial items as listed on pages S32-3 through S32-11;

(2) and with the following directions: (a) in the supplemental budget recommendations, on page S11-6: Impacts from Governor's May Revision to 2013-14 budget, under Public Health, Environmental Health, Safe Drinking Water program, directed staff to explore possible grants from the State Water Resources Control Board for replacement of Davenport's water pipe and report back in three months; and (b) approved fee increases for the Live Oak Parking Program 2013 season only.

3.   APPROVED Department 54 and all associated index codes, as recommended by the County Administrative Officer, including items contained in the Line Item Detail, the Unified Fee Schedule to be provided on Last Day (6/27/13), and the Supplemental budget recommendations;

(1) accepted and filed report on Climate Action Strategy; with an additional direction that staff report back in six months regarding the Sustainability Coordinator;

(2) directed staff to look into a business license database study, as described by Supervisor Friend; and

(3) approved supplemental financial items as listed on pages S28-3 through S28-7
