AS THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SANTA CRUZ COUNTY REDEVELOPMENT SUCCESSOR AGENCY, public hearing held on the 2014-2015 Proposed Budget; (1) opened public hearing to hear public testimony; (2) closed public hearing; and (3) by consensus, continued the public hearing to the Redevelopment Successor Agency item
