21.   CONSIDERED Ordinance amending County Code Chapter 9.70.600, Commercial Vehicle and Recreational Vehicle Parking;

(1) approved "in concept" ordinance amending County Code Chapter 9.70.600, Commercial Vehicle and Recreational Vehicle Parking to return on October 3, 2006 for final adoption;

(2) scheduled a public hearing on October 3, 2006, at 9:00 a.m. or thereafter to consider amendment to the Unified Fee Schedule related to recreational vehicle parking restriction petition fees and sign installation costs; and

(3) directed the Clerk of the Board to publish a notice of public hearing;

(4) with an additional direction that Public Works return at budget hearings 2007/2008 with a report on the implementation of the ordinance amending County Code Chapter 9.70.600, Commercial Vehicle and Recreational Vehicle Parking
