Award contract to Bustichi Construction, Incorporated in the amount of $189,940 for the Re-roof of 100 Rountree Lane; authorize the Director of General Services to notify the contractor and sign the contract agreements and associated documents; and authorize the Director of General Services to approve change orders and encumber $18,994 in addition to the contract amount to cover change order expenditures, as required, as recommended by the Director of General Services

20. Accept the Assessor/Tax Collector remodel project as complete; approve final cost in the amount of $263,677 and authorize the Clerk of the Board to take related action, as recommended by the Director of General Services

Approve the amendment to agreement with URS Corporation for construction management services for the seismic retrofit project on Larkspur Street Bridge, Either Way Bridge and Irwin Way Bridge for an increased not-to-exceed amount of $152,704.08 and authorize the Director of Public Works to sign the agreement on behalf of the County,as recommended by the Director of Public Works
