Meeting Minutes

April 14, 2004

Present: Alan Hiromura & Linda Starn

1. Meeting called to order at 12:20 pm
2. No introduction of Committee members
3. No additions or deletions to the agenda
4. There were no oral communications
5. The minutes from 3/10/04 were not reviewed or approved.
6. The final draft of the Annual Report submitted by Dominican Hospital was reviewed and changes were made. The revised changes of the draft were given to Linda Starn for her staff to edit the report and a copy was kept for our committee files. Most changes were typographical, spelling and usage.
7. Meeting adjourned at 1:15 pm
