Meeting Minutes

February 9, 2005

Present: Alan Hiromura, Joanne De Los Reyes, Fred Nohr, Donna Lind, and David Rabow.

1. Meeting called to order at 12:15.

2. Introduction of committee members.

3. There were no additions, changes or deletions to the agenda.

4. There were no oral communications.

5. Minutes from the January 12, 2005 meeting were reviewed and approved as submitted.

6. Review of final drafts for the "2004 Report to the Community". Draft report was reviewed section-by-section for overall content, typographical errors, meaningful numbers and consistency throughout the report. Charts and graphs were also reviewed A draft copy of the proposed cover was reviewed and approved by those committee members present.

7. Funding for the "2004 Report to the Community". Alan will be contacting departments and agencies to determine availability of funds to pay for printing costs. Estimated total cost is around $1000.00.

8. Announcements: Revised DV reporting questions, prepared by Donna Lind, will be presented to the Chiefs Association in attempt to standardize reporting requirements and obtain consistent numbers.

9. Next meeting March 9, 2005, at 12:15 in CAO conference room. This will be the final review of the report prior to printing.
