1. Call to Order
   Chair McWhorter called the meeting to order at 9:45AM. Members Rabow, Starn, and Gammell were present.

2. Additions or Deletions to the Agenda
   None.

3. Oral Communications from the Community
   None.

4. Approval of the September 25, 2002 minutes.
   Starn/McWhorter/unanimous.

5. Review spread sheet
   Recommendation: That committee members revise as necessary and approve.
   The Committee decided it would revise the Word document and deliver that to the whole Commission rather than the Excel version. Changes were agreed upon and McWhorter would make adjustments to the documents.

6. Draft cover letter to go with unveiling
   Recommendation: That committee members revise as necessary and approve.
   The letter was revised and approved.
   
   
7. Set time and place for celebration gathering.
   This item was continued to a future agenda.

8. Continue implementing plan of Action.
   Recommendation: review time-line plan accordingly.
   This item was continued to a future agenda.
