To define the information documented in the Salary Review Report.

I. Salary Reviews will be documented in a standard format.

PROCEDURE:

  1. Salary Review Reports are prepared for all salary reviews.

  2. Reports are file documentation, but are available for departmental review when requested.

  3. Reports are prepared by Employee Relations/Salary Administration staff.

     

    1. Reports are supplemental to the Classification Report (III.4.) where a classification study is conducted.

    2. Upon approval of the salary recommendation, ERSA staff prepare computer input forms to update salary tables.

  4. The Review is conducted according to procedures outlined in IX.6. - Salary Review.
