TITLE II PERSONNEL PROCEDURES
100 - PERSONNEL REGULATIONS AND REFERENCES
A large body of Personnel regulatory and reference material exists. This material is combined in a separate manual which is intended to serve as a central resource document for the laws, rules, regulations, policy and reference sources which have been created to govern various elements of the Personnel Management System, excluding Risk Management. An index of the separate Personnel Regulations and References of Santa Cruz County Manual is shown below to provide a cross-reference to users of the County Procedures Manual. Copies of the Personnel Regulations and References of Santa Cruz County Manual are provided to each department and its contents are updated periodically by the Personnel Department.
