    Proposal to construct two 10-foot high fences and to recognize a two-foot extension added to an existing 6-foot fence, to be located as follows: a 10-foot solid wood fence running along the 161 lineal foot south side yard of APN 026-042-16 and changing to an 8-foot high solid wall with 2-foot lattice fence running 18.9 lineal feet along the southeast side yard of APN 026-042-18; and an 8-foot high solid wall extension offset from an existing 6-foot fence running along the 67 lineal foot north side of APN 026-042-21.     APPEAL INFORMATION
    Denial or approval of any permit by the Zoning Administrator is appealable to the Planning Commission. The appeal must be filed with the required appeal fee within 14 calendar days of action by the Zoning Administrator. To file an appeal you must write a letter to the Planning Commission and include the appeal fee. For more information on appeals, please see the "Planning Appeals" brochure located in the Planning Department lobby, or contact the project planner.

    APPEALS OF COASTAL PROJECTS
    (*) This project requires a Coastal Zone Permit which is not appealable to the California Coastal Commission. It may be appealed to the Planning Commission; the appeal must be filed within 14 calendar days of action by the Zoning Administrator.

    (**) This project requires a Coastal Zone Permit, the approval of which is appealable to the California Coastal Commission. (Grounds for appeal are listed in the County Code Section 13.20.110) The appeal must be filed with the Coastal Commission within 10 business days of receipt by the Coastal Commission of notice of local action. Denial or approval of the Coastal Zone Permit is appealable to the Board of Supervisors; the appeal must be filed within 14 calendar days of action by the Planning Commission.
