Vendor Registration

Please use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge to complete the vendor registration. Every other internet browser is not supported. Using a different browser will stall out completion of your vendor registration.
If you have not yet registered as a vendor, please take a few minutes to fill out and submit the Vendor Application Form. It will be used to enter your company's information into the County's Vendor database for the goods and/or services you provide. To begin, please read our Terms and Conditions.

If you have registered in the past, and would like to provide an updated W-9, you do not have to re-register. However, vendors  registered with the County are responsible for keeping their contact information current. A W-9 form may be obtained HERE . Email updated contact information and/or an updated W-9 form  to GSDSupportingDocs@santacruzcounty.us
