Is Anyone Better Off?    
75% of those completing the Links2Work (L2W) program will be placed into employment, as measured by a quarterly review of employment placement records. 75% 80% 90% of L2W clients placed into employment will continue to be employed after 30 days, or reassigned to new employment to reach placement goal, as measured by a quarterly program developed survey. 90% 90%
