1. Briefly describe any progress and/or successes your CORE program achieved implementing its activities during FY 2023-2024. (Recommended 2-4 sentences)	In May, we instituted a new mode of intake that was publicly accessible. This increased the number of relevant inquiries dramatically from our first year: since May 2024, we have received 6 written intakes, plus 4 inquiries over the phone specifically from people who caused harm. 2. (Optional, Success Stories) Please share a short story about the experience of a participant or family that received services funded through this contract during FY 2023-2024. Please state the specific activity that was provided and the impact or positive change that occurred as a result of the service(s) provided. *Please make sure to change any identifying information, such as names.*	A participant, a father who's caused harm to his child's mother, is working on coparenting peacefully with her. One day, he received communications from her in which she expressed her expectations of how and when their 2-year-old son would be spanked. The father felt very angry and disturbed that his coparent is using corporal punishment and he came to us seeking support in determining whether he was triggered by his own abusive past or if his anger was justified. We discussed the cycle of violence, peer-reviewed research on corporal punishment, and his commitment to breaking the cycle from himself while seeking legal (rather than abusive) means to protect his son from further physical harm.
3. Please describe any challenges your agency experienced in implementing its CORE funded program.	Promotion of the program has continued to be a challenge because of lack of community awareness of restorative justice processes in general. Additionally, enough cases have progressed past initial screening to indicate that what was originally anticipated in program design has had to be adapted for the reality of community needs. (Recommended 2-4 sentences)	Finding effective benchmarks to accurately predict progress has been a challenge due to participants' unrealistic expectations of how quickly a restorative justice process and the transformation of abusive values to equitable ones can realistically happen.
